Welcome to pypillometry (version 1)!¶

NOTE: This is the documentation for version 1 of pypillometry. The current version is 2. This documentation will not be updated.

This package implements functions for the analysis of pupillometric data. Features include preprocessing, blink handling, event-related pupil-dilation, plotting and signal modeling.

Tutorials/Example Notebooks¶
These examples are available as executable Jupyter Notebooks from the Github repository (the files ending in .ipynb). The link to the notebook files is given at the end of each page.
Each Notebook comes with a link that looks like this:
When clicking on this link, the notebook will open in an interactive session in your browser without the need to install pypillometry
at all.
